What does it take to start and operate an entheogenic church legally?
Today we are joined by two attorneys involved in legitimizing entheogenic churches: Greg Lake and Ian Benouis!
Both local Texans and servants of the plant medicine movement in America, they come from different backgrounds and offer unique insight into the legal process behind entheogenic churches.
Greg Lake is the co-founder of the up-and-coming social media platform EntheoConnect and author of “Psychedelics in Mental Health Series: Psilocybin”.
Ian Benouis grew up in Hawaii and is a United States Army veteran who turned to plant medicine for healing upon returning home. Ian also served as former General Counsel to Veteran’s for Natural Rights.
Together these two men offer years of experience in general litigation, with special experience in psychedelic arenas. Enjoy!!
